Combine the ingredients other than the salmon and pour them and the salmon in a resealable bag or container and let marinate for 30 minutes.


Preheat smoker to 180 degrees F. Oil the grates.


Pat the salmon dry and stick directly on the grates of the smoker. Smoke for 1- 1.5 hours or until internal temp is 145 degrees F.
