Smoked Queso Dip



Sausage Onion Velveeta Cheese Diced Toms + Green Chiles Mexican Cheese Blend Jalapeno Slices Minced Garlic Heavy Cream


Preheat smoker to 230 degrees F and begin. In a medium skillet, over medium heat on the stovetop, brown the sausage and diced onion, and drain any grease, if necessary.


Add the cheese to a disposable foil pan. Add in the meat. Top with everything else. Stir to combine.


Place the pan on the smoker and cook for 30 to 40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and flavors are combined. Serve right away.
