Easy Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs with Vegetables

Chicken Thighs Olive Oil Butter Garlic Rosemary Salt and Pepper Sweet Potatoes Granny Smith Apples

Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs made with apples and sweet potatoes is a quick, easy, and healthy way to get dinner on the table.


Preheat the oven to 425F. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine the other chicken ingredients and rub over chicken. Place on pan skin side up in center of pan. Cook for 10 minutes.


Dice up sweet potatoes and mix with olive oil and garlic. Spread in a layer around the potatoes. Bake for 15 minutes.


Add apple sliced and bake for another 5 or until chicken registers as 165F.
