3 Hour Braised Beef




Beef Chuck Roast Vegetable Oil Onion  Garlic Carrots Celery Red Wine Beef Broth Tomato Paste Worcestershire Bay Leaves Dried Thyme


Season beef with salt and pepper. In a large dutch oven, heat up the oil and brown beef on all sides. Remove from pot and set aside.


In the same pot, add the vegetables and saute for about 5 minutes. Follow that up by pouring in the liquids + beef and bring to a simmer.


Cover pot and transfer to a preheated oven at 325 degrees F. Braise for about 2.5 to 3 hours. Discard bay leaves when done and enjoy!
