30 Minute Stuffed Poblano Peppers

Poblano peppers Ground beef Mexican cheese Taco seasoning Cilantro Olive oil

Stuffed poblano peppers are a delicious and hearty dish made with a variety of savory and simple ingredients. They're an easy weeknight meal.


Brown ground beed and add taco seasoning and cilantro. Set aside.


Toss halved peppers in olive oil. Place peppers in air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until soft to the touch.


Remove from air fryer and fill with ground beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.


Place the peppers back into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 400 degrees to melt the cheese and toast the top a bit.
