1 Hour Small Batch Cinnamon Rolls




Warm Water Buttermilk Sugar Butter Dry Active Yeast Salt Eggs Flour Cinnamon  Cream Cheese Vanilla Milk


Combine water, buttermilk, sugar, and melted butter in a mixer bowl. Stir. You want it about 95 degrees. Add the yeast on top and lightly press it in with a fork. Do not mix. Let it sit for 15 minutes.


Add in eggs and salt. Finally, fold in the flour with a dough hook. Mix on low speed until combined well. Let rest for 10 minutes.


Preheat oven to 375 and roll out dough into a rectangle. Brush on melted butter and sprinkle on filling mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Roll and cut into 6 logs.


Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and mix the icing. Drizzle over the top of the rolls while they are still warm.
