These rolls are HUGE. I think next time I’ll do 2 9×13 pans. With a total of 6 1/2 cups of flour plus the eggs and other additions, there is a LOT of dough. (delicious dough, I should mention!) Mine took closer to 30 minutes to cook. When I took them out after 20 minutes they were still doughy. But they are VERY TASTY, the crumb is perfection, and they look like a magazine cover.

I would knead for serveral minutes – until the dough feels stretchy. This is how you form the gluten that makes the rolls fluffy. Please do not use a rolling pin or a biscut cutter. Just portion the dough out and form it into balls before baking. Are you going it out with a rolling pin and then cutting it into rolls? Sorry I’ve only ever made the bread and a bread machine
