Cheesy Havarti Hot Spinach Dip is a simple baked cheese dip that’s the perfect appetizer for every party. Simple to make & ready in about 30 minutes. YUM!
Oh how I love this season. We have parties full of snack foods, game day happening all the time which is also a great time for snack food & then all sorts of other celebrations that call for the most delicious appetizers too. Can you tell I’m all about the snack foods? I just love reasons to munch on appetizers all day long. One of my latest obsessions, hot cheese dip. It’s so incredibly simple to make & people just can’t get enough of it. I know I like to park my seat next to the pan & just enjoy until it’s gone.

This really is my favorite season because we always have some sort of appetizer going. I would much rather nibble on a spread of snacks than sit down to a massive meal. So it’s a good thing we really know a thing or two about party foods. I think it’s because my mother-in-law was such a fabulous hostess. She made the most amazing party spreads & where was I??? Sitting right there in my stool at the counter so I could eat the entire party away. Yep- I love those snack foods.
Just look at that cheese. Oh my goodness, we paired this with some awesome apricot crackers that had just enough sweetness to cut the saltiness of the cheese. It was delectable! I like to use THIS Cast Iron Skillet for this recipe.
