Ingredients
11ozwhite chocolate chipsbaking
15pretzel rods
½cuppurple sprinkles
½cuporange sprinkles
½cupgreen sprinkles
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and melt them in the microwave in 10-second increments. Stir in-between each round until they are melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into a mason jar or tall glass.
Dip the end of one pretzel rod at a time into the melted chocolate. Tilt the jar and spin the pretzel rod until ⅔ of the pretzel is coated.
Tap off any excess melted chocolate from the pretzel rod while it is in the jar until it stops dripping.
Place the dipped pretzel onto the prepared parchment paper.
Once the pretzels have been dipped, sprinkle the green, orange, and purple sprinkles over the coated pretzel rods while the chocolate is still wet and before the chocolate sets.
Repeat steps 3-6 two more times until all of the pretzels have been dipped.
Allow the decorated pretzels to set and dry.
Notes
You can use any white chocolate/baking chips. I use Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips, as it makes for a smoother consistency.
The sprinkles can be found at any grocery store. The ones I selected are from Walmart.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or a cool dry place for up to one week.
