Ingredients

  • 6 cups cauliflower florets
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 6 oz gouda cheese shredded
  • 6 slices cooked bacon reserve one piece to crumble and use as garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the cauliflower, heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a microwave-safe dish and microwave on high to soften the florets, for approximately 18 minutes. Stir halfway through.
  • Add the cauliflower mixture to a food processor, and add the gouda cheese and bacon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve warm.
  • Garnish with crumbled bacon and dried parsley (optional)
