Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
Jalapeno Artichoke Dip is a perfect appetizer, party dish, or just a tasty dip that's oh-so addicting! Serve with your favorite crunchy snack!
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese divided
- ¾ cup diced jalapenos divided (if you prefer a spicier dip, include more seeds)
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts chopped
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, ½ cup parmesan cheese, and ½ cup jalapenos in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until combined.
Add the chopped artichokes and mix again.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining jalapenos and cheese on top.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly.
