Ingredients

In Foil

  • Corn on the Cob husks and silks removed
  • Olive Oil

Without Husks

  • Corn on the Cob just the silks removed
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

With Husks

  • Corn on the Cob just the silks removed
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

In Foil

  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat, 350-375 degrees F.
  • Clean the corn by removing all husks and silks.
  • Lay out sheets of foil.
  • Generously brush the corn with olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll the corn in the foil.
  • Place the wrapped corn on the grill.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently to prevent the corn from burning.
  • Remove the corn from the grill.
  • Serve with butter, herb butter, cheese or other toppings of your choice.

Without Husks

  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat, 350-375 degrees F.
  • Clean the corn by pulling back husks and removing just the silks.
  • Secure the husks back with twine, if desired.
  • Generously brush the corn with olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the prepared corn on the grill.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently to prevent the corn from burning.
  • Remove the corn from the grill.
  • Serve with butter, herb butter, cheese or other toppings of your choice.

With Husks

  • Fill a very large bowl or tub with water.
  • Pull back the husks and remove just the silks.
  • Wrap the husks back around the corn.
  • Place the corn in the water to soak 30-60 minutes, longer is okay.
  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat, 350-375 degrees F.
  • Generously brush the corn with olive oil.
  • Place the corn on the grill.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning frequently to prevent the corn from burning.
  • Remove the corn from the grill.
  • Serve with butter, herb butter, cheese or other toppings of your choice.
