Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups ketchup
  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • cup water
  • cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne more if you like

Instructions

  • Whisk together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne in a small saucepan until combined.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes or until thickened.
  • Remove from the heat and cool.
  • Transfer to air tight container.
  • Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

The best flavors develop after you store for 24 hours.
