Parfait Cups

Parfait Cups are the perfect make-ahead breakfast. Loaded with yogurt, granola, sweet honey, and mixed berries, they are a refreshing way to start the day!

Ingredients

  • Mixed Berries
  • Nonfat Greek Yogurt Plain or Vanilla
  • Honey Nut Granola or Old Fashioned Oats
  • Honey - I prefer raw or local honey

Instructions

  • Add 2-3 spoonfuls of yogurt to the bottom of your serving glass followed by a handful of berries.
  • Top with a sprinkle of granola or oats and then a drizzle of honey.
  • Repeat the steps so that you have 2 layers of each ingredient in the glass.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
