Ingredients
15ozdark red kidney beansdrained and rinsed
15ozgarbanzo beansdrained and rinsed
15ozwhite northern beansdrained and rinsed
¾cupfresh cilantrochopped
½red oniondiced
¼cuplime juice
2tbsphoney
2tbspolive oil
½tspkosher salt
1tspground cumin
Instructions
Combine the kidney beans, garbanzo beans, white northern beans, cilantro, onion, lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and cumin in a medium to large bowl and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for approximately 25-30 minutes, even better if you can let it sit overnight.
Mix well and serve with chips for a fun dip or as a side dish.
Notes
Garbanzo beans can be substituted with pinto beans or black beans if desired.
