Air Fryer Ravioli
Better than the restaurant, these Air Fryer Ravioli are a tasty appetizer that's great for game days. Ravioli has never been more delicious!

- 1 package 20 oz fresh or frozen ravioli **see notes
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs seasoned or plain **see notes
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Serving options
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh basil
- Marinara sauce
Whisk eggs in a medium bowl or shallow dish until combined.
In another medium bowl or shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, basil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepperuntil well combined.
Coat the ravioli in the whisked eggs and then dip them in the bread crumb mixture.
Set aside on cutting board or work surface.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Cooking in batches - add a single layer of the coated ravioli to air fryer and spray with cooking oil.
Cook for 4-5 minutes or until crispy.
Repeat with the remaining ravioli.
Serve immediately with fresh herbs and dipping sauce if desired.
- Ravioli - if using frozen, thaw according to package directions before cooking.
- Breadcrumbs - if using plain, you can add more seasoning depending on taste, if desired.
