Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add in the milk, egg, and melted butter and stir to combine-- mix just until no large lumps of flour remain.
Next, fold in the peaches.
Drop two tablespoon-sized fritters onto the parchment paper and cook them at 365 for 8-10 minutes, or until they are gold brown on the outside.
Transfer to a cooling rack and repeat until all the batter is used.
