Ingredients
1cupmayonnaise
½cupsour cream
1tbsplemon juice
1tbspfresh dillminced or 1 tsp dried
1tbspfresh chivesminced or 1 tsp dried
2tspfresh parsleyminced or 1 tsp dried
1clovegarlicfinely minced or ½ tsp garlic powder
¼ to ½cupbuttermilk or milkas needed for consistency
Instructions
Chop the dill, chives, parsley and garlic finely.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the chopped herbs.
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sour cream.
Add the herbs with the lemon juice.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Slowly add the milk and mix until you reach the desired consistency.
Transfer to a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
