Prepare the sauce and all of the toppings and then set aside.
Roll out the pizza dough into a thin rectangle using a small dusting of flour so the dough doesn’t stick.
Place the dough on a large baking sheet or pizza paddle.
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Coat the grates of the grill with vegetable oil using an oil sprayer.
Slide the pizza dough onto the heated grates.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bottom is lightly brown.
Flip the pizza over and brush it lightly with olive oil.
Spread on the pizza sauce and top it with the mozzarella cheese and the toppings of your choice.
Close the lid and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are lightly browned.
Remove the pizza from the grill and transfer it to a cutting board.
Add any fresh herbs and parmesan cheese if desired.
