Grilled Pork Chops

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops

Marinade

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper

Serving

  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

Gas Grill

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, brown sugar, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable bag, pour marinade over the pork.
  • Set aside and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.
  • Heat the grill to medium high heat.
  • Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Place the pork chops on the grill and turn heat to medium low and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the pork chop reaches 145 degrees F.
  • Remove from the grill and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
  • Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Pellet Grill / Traeger

  • Set the temperature to 450 degrees and preheat for 15 minutes- lid closed.
  • Once preheated, place the marinated pork chops directly on the grill.
  • Cook for 30 minutes - flipping once halfway (after 15 min).
  • Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • *Regardless of method - Always cook until internal temp reaches 145 degrees.
  • **Adjust the time accordingly if cooking thin pork chops. It can be really easy to overcook and dry out thin pork chops on the grill.
