Strawberry Kiss Cookies

  • ½ cup unsalted butter - softened 1 stick
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 bag strawberry ice cream cone chocolate kisses 10 oz
  • Sprinkles optional


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Mix in the milk, egg and vanilla until well combined.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until well combined.
  • Divide the dough using a cookie dough scoop and roll it into balls.
  • Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • For sprinkles, roll the ball in the sprinkles then place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and immediately add the chocolate kisses into the tops of each cookie, pressing down gently.
  • Let cool and transfer to a wire rack.
  • Store in an airtight container.
