Ingredients

  • 12 ounces TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 10 ounces Sabra Hummus - Classic or any variety you desire
  • 10 ounces salami
  • 8 ounces Colby & Monterey Jack cheese - cubed
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese - cubed
  • 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 15-20 baby carrots
  • 10-15 florets broccoli
  • 10-15 florets cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts

Instructions

  • Start with the TRISCUIT Crackers and the Sabra Hummus since those will take the most space on the board. Arrange them around the board, fanning out the crackers.
  • Then add the salami and cheese, stacking the cheese in a pile or mound to give height and visual interest. You can either fan out the salami or fold each piece individually and arrange it.
  • Fill in the open spaces with tomatoes, olives, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.
  • Either sprinkle the nuts in small piles in any remaining open spaces or place them in a small bowl or two if you have a bit more space.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

If making this ahead of time - arrange the board as instructed to get the spacing right. Then remove just the crackers and place them in an airtight container and keep them at room temperature. Cover the rest of the board to keep the ingredients from drying out and keep that refrigerated until ready to serve. When serving - place the crackers back on the board in the open space and you are ready to go.
