Ingredients
1cupsalted butter, melted2 sticks
1cupgranulated sugar
½cupbrown sugar
2eggs
3tspvanilla extract
3cupsall-purpose flour
1tspbaking soda
½tspsalt
1 ½cupschocolate chips
Assemble
¼cupchocolate spread
3tbspgraham cracker crumbs
½cupmarshmallow cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
Once thoroughly combined, add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing for about 30 seconds.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop the cookie dough by the spoonful onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges have started to brown and cookies are cooked through.
Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
Assemble
Once the cookies have cooled, spread a small amount of chocolate spread on the bottom of one cookie.
Next, sprinkle about ¼ teaspoon of the graham cracker crumbs on top of the melted chocolate.
On another cookie, spread a small amount of the marshmallow cream.
Place the cookie with the marshmallow cream on top of the cookie with the chocolate spread and graham cracker crumbs, keeping the marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs in between the two cookies, creating a cookie sandwich.
