Banana Split Cake

Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs about 10-12 full crackers
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick
Cream Cheese Layer
- 12 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 ounces thawed whipped topping or 2 cups whipping cream
Fruit Filling
- 3-4 bananas sliced
- 10-14 strawberries cleaned and sliced
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple drained well
Pudding Layer
- 2 boxes instant banana cream pudding mix 4 serving
- 2 cups cold milk
Topping
- 8 ounces whipped topping or 2 cups whipping cream
- Chocolate syrup or hot fudge sauce
- Maraschino cherries
- Chopped pecans
Crust
Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray or oil mister.
Crush the graham crackers in a food processor or resealable bag using a rolling pin.
Add the crumbs to a medium bowl.
Stir in ¼ cup sugar.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
Pour the melted butter over the graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined.
Press the moistened crumbs into the prepared pan.
Freeze for about 15-20 minutes.
Cream Cheese Layer
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
Pudding
In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes or until thick.
Layer
Remove the pan from the freezer and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
Slice the bananas and place them on top of the cream cheese in a single layer.
Slice the strawberries and place them on top of the bananas in a single layer.
Drain the pineapple really well and spread it evenly over the strawberries.
Remove the pudding from the refrigerator and spread it evenly over the fruit.
Top with the whipped topping.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2-5 hours.
Serve with the toppings of your choice.
Store the leftovers in the refrigerator.
