Preheat the oven to 400°F
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
On a clean, flat surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle that is about 1/8” thick throughout.
Add pepperonis and mozzarella to one half of the dough. If you are adding sauce, this is the time to do so.
Fold the part of the dough without ingredients over the part with ingredients and seal the edges.
Cut the dough into ½ -inch strips.
Twist the strips, then place them 2” apart on the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley, then brush the tops of the dippers with the mix.
