Pepperoni Pizza Dippers

Pepperoni Pizza Dippers make a quick & easy dinner or great to serve for game or race day. They are the perfect snack for any size party!

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. uncooked pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ cup marinara optional
  • ¼ cup pepperoni optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F
  • Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • On a clean, flat surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle that is about 1/8” thick throughout.
  • Add pepperonis and mozzarella to one half of the dough. If you are adding sauce, this is the time to do so.
  • Fold the part of the dough without ingredients over the part with ingredients and seal the edges.
  • Cut the dough into ½ -inch strips.
  • Twist the strips, then place them 2” apart on the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley, then brush the tops of the dippers with the mix.

Air Fryer

  • Just preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Place the twists in the basket on a parchment liner.
  • Spray with oil or brush with melted butter.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Flip and oil again.
  • Cook another 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
