Turkey Cranberry Sliders

These turkey cranberry sliders are a mouthwatering addition to anyone’s Thanksgiving feast or great use for holiday leftovers. They are a perfect blend of turkey, cranberry sauce, and sweet Hawaiian rolls that make it easy to serve guests something they will love.

  • 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls or 20 of the smaller/party size rolls
  • 2-3 cups pulled turkey leftovers work great
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices of cheese we like provolone
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp dried minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Coat a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  • Remove the rolls from the package in one piece.
  • Cut the rolls in half lengthwise.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared dish.
  • Layer with the turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese.
  • Add the tops of the rolls.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave and whisk in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onions, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and then bake covered for 20 minutes.
  • Uncover and cook for 5 additional minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
