Raspberry White Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
Raspberry White Chocolate Frozen Yogurt is an easy frozen dessert recipe to cool you down all summer long. Perfect for birthdays, holidays & backyard BBQs.
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips melted
- 1 can Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 ounce
- 16 ounces Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Low Fat Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
Melt chocolate chips & stir in sweetened condensed milk.
Transfer to stand mixer & add yogurt, milk & vanilla.
Blend well & transfer to ice cream maker. Churn for 15 minutes.
While churning- blend raspberries & sugar until it reaches the consistency of jam.
Pour frozen yogurt into an airtight container & fold in raspberry mixture.
Cover & freeze at least 4 hours.
**This recipe makes approx 4 cups, which fits well into this standard loaf pan.
