Preheat the oven to 400 degrees & spray a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray. Set aside.
Remove chicken from the bones & place in a large mixing bowl.
Add dressing, bacon, parmesan cheese, diced green chilies & seasonings & stir to combine.
Place empty taco shells into the prepared baking dish & place in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove.
In a small saucepan, heat the beans until hot.
Add 1-2 tbsp of beans to the bottom of each taco shell.
Add the chicken mixture on top of the beans, filling almost to the top of the shell.
Generously top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream, fresh cilantro, tomatoes, olives & extra bacon before serving.
