Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty foil – set aside.
Add chicken breasts & oil in a large skillet & brown the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Transfer chicken to the prepared baking sheet.
Combine chicken broth, mustard, honey, minced garlic & lemon pepper in a small saucepan & heat over med.
Bring sauce to a boil & then simmer 5 min.
Brush sauce over the top of the chicken breasts.
Bake 20-30 min depending on the size of your chicken. (internal temp must reach 165 degrees)
Once the chicken is done cooking, spoon the remaining glaze over the chicken before serving.
