Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 4 center cut boneless pork chops excess fat trimmed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • teaspoons paprika
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees while you prepare the pork chops.
  • Sprinkle pork chops with salt on both sides and let sit while you prepare the seasonings and egg wash.
  • Place beaten egg in a shallow medium bowl.
  • In another shallow medium bowl, combine panko, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic, onion powder, chili powder, and pepper.
  • Dip the pork chops in the egg, followed by the panko mixture.
  • Place in the hot air fryer basket and spray with oil. Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees and juices run clear. Make sure to flip the pork chops over after 6 minutes, spray with more oil and continue cooking for the remaining 6 minutes. *note the cook time will depend on your air fryer, how crowded you have the surface area & how thick the pork chops are.
