Rocky Road Fudge
Rocky Road Fudge is an easy 4 ingredient holiday fudge recipe that is incredibly simple to make. Gift it has gifts to the neighbors, teachers, and friends.

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1-1/2 cups roughly chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Melt in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each increment.
- Once melted, fold in marshmallows and walnuts.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Cool in the refrigerator for several hours and then cut into bite-sized pieces.
