This Blackberry Cream Mimosa is made with just 4 simple ingredients & is the perfect summer cocktail. Loaded with sweet blackberries & creamy vanilla bean ice cream, this is the perfect way to cool down all season long.

  • 1 bottle Riondo Prosecco per party
  • 5-6 berries frozen blackberries per glass
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream per glass
  • 1 oz blackberry liquor per glass


  • Roll frozen blackberries in granulated sugar
  • Scoop ice cream in the bottom of your glass or flute.
  • Add in sugar-coated blackberries & the blackberry syrup.
  • Top it off with Riondo Prosecco.
  • Let the ice cream melt into the bubbly & sip to enjoy.
