Blackberry Cream Mimosa
This Blackberry Cream Mimosa is made with just 4 simple ingredients & is the perfect summer cocktail. Loaded with sweet blackberries & creamy vanilla bean ice cream, this is the perfect way to cool down all season long.
- 1 bottle Riondo Prosecco per party
- 5-6 berries frozen blackberries per glass
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream per glass
- 1 oz blackberry liquor per glass
Roll frozen blackberries in granulated sugar
Scoop ice cream in the bottom of your glass or flute.
Add in sugar-coated blackberries & the blackberry syrup.
Top it off with Riondo Prosecco.
Let the ice cream melt into the bubbly & sip to enjoy.
