Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 Pound Frozen Mini Meatballs
  • 12 ounces Beer
  • 2 cups BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Pepper to Taste

Burger Sauce

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp bbq sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp dill relish
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Toppings/Assemble

  • Street taco shells - flour or corn
  • cabbage
  • goat cheese

Instructions

Meatballs

  • Place all meatball ingredients in a large saucepan.
  • Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes
  • Once the sauce begins boiling reduce heat to a simmer.
  • Let cook on low for 15 min or until sauce has reduced & meatballs are cooked through.

Burger Sauce

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl & whisk well until smooth & creamy

Assemble

  • Add to your mini tortilla
  • Top with cabbage, goat cheese & burger sauce
