Ingredients
1-1/4cupstwo & one-half sticks butter - soft/room temperature
2large eggs - room temperature
1cupgranulated sugar
1cupfirmly packed brown sugar
2-1/4cupsall-purpose flour
3/4cupcocoa powder
1tspbaking soda
1/2tsptable salt
2tsppure vanilla extract
1cupNutella® hazelnut spread
1/2cupshelled & crushed pistachios
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mat - set aside
In the mixer bowl, beat butter & sugars together until light & fluffy
Mix in eggs one at a time just until combined
Beat in vanilla
Slowly beat in dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt)
Use a medium cookie scoop & drop dough onto prepared baking trays
Bake 8-10 minutes
Allow cookies to cool 5 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack
Once cooled, spread Nutella® on top of each cookie & sprinkle with pistachios
