White Chocolate Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, & salt together. Set aside.
  • Cream together sugar & butter.
  • Add eggs & beat well.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients & mixing well.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips
  • Shape dough into 1 inch balls & roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes
  • Cool on wire rack & store in an airtight container once cooled
