Veggie Pizza Bites- Muffin Tin Meals

Mini bites of delicious crescent rolls filled with veggies & dip.

  • 1 8oz roll refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese - softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 pkt ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red & green bell peppers


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray 8 mini muffin cups with cooking spray
  • Unroll crescent rolls on work surface & separate along the perforations
  • Place each piece of dough into prepared muffin cup
  • Bake 6-8 minutes or until very lightly browned
  • Remove from oven & set aside
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream & dressing mix in a small bowl until creamy
  • Scoop a small portion of the dip into each muffin cup
  • Top with your raw veggies
  • Use a knife or spatula to transfer to serving platter to be enjoyed immediately
