Snickers Brownie for 2, the perfect Valentine's Day treat. Thin brownie layer loaded with Snickers bar pieces & topped with whipped cream and cherry! YUM!

Ingredients
1tbspbutter
6tbspsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1tsphalf & half
2tsppacked brown sugar
Pinchof salt
1/4tspvanilla extract
1egg
1/4cupall-purpose flour
2tbspchocolate chips- for mixing
7-10Snickers minis - chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Microwave butter, 6 tbsp chocolate chips & half & half in a small bowl- stir until completely melted & combined - set aside & allow to cool
In another small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, vanilla & egg - whisk to combine
Stir in cooled chocolate mixture
Fold in flour
Stir in remaining chocolate chips
Spread into a small 6.5" cast iron skillet
Bake 12-15 min
Top with chopped Snickers while still hot (If you need to stick back in the oven for 30 seconds to melt the candy bars- that's okay)
Top with whipped cream or ice cream & cherry when serving
