Cheesy Corn Dip
If you love great snacks to enjoy on game day, then you will swoon over this zesty Cheesy Corn Dip. Just a handful of ingredients & a crockpot is all you need.
Servings 12 people
- 3 cups frozen corn
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup salsa verde
- 2 ounces sliced black olives- drained
- Sprinkle of chives for serving
Combine corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salsa verde, and olives in a small 3-quart slow cooker.
Over & cook on high 2 hours or on low 4 hours- stirring about every 45 min- 1 hour.
Transfer to serving dish & serve with your favorite chips or crackers for dipping.
