Sea Salt Garlic Corn
Sea Salt Garlic Corn is a delicious twist to the classic BBQ side dish. This corn on the cob recipe will keep them coming back for more all summer long.
Servings 6 ears
- 6 ears corn on the cob - shucked
- ½ cup butter, melted (1 stick)
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- pinch of parsley for garnish
Place the corn in a large pot of water filled so most of the corn is covered.
Cover & bring to a boil over high heat.
Uncover & continue to boil approx 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir garlic paste into melted butter until fully combined.
Once the corn is done cooking, remove & place on a large plate.
Drizzle the garlic butter over each corn cob.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt, parmesan cheese & parsley before serving.
