Heat the oil in a large, shallow pot over medium heat
Remove biscuit dough from can
Place sugar in a medium sized bowl
Prepare a cooling rack next to your sugar
Once oil is hot, place 1-2 biscuits in the oil & fry 1-2 minutes on each side - until golden brown
Remove from oil & immediately place in bowl of sugar- turning to coat on all sides
Transfer to cooling rack
Fill pastry bag with large tip or zip-top bag with a corner cut off with the spread
Using the tip of a knife, make a small hole in the side of the donut.
Insert the tip of your bag & squeeze spread into donut until it oozes out the top
Enjoy immediately
