BBQ Meatball Fry Bread Tacos

BBQ meatballs, pulled pork style sandwiches & tacos come together in a fry bread shell - delish!

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 Pound Frozen Mini Meatballs
  • 1 12 Oz Bottle of Beer
  • 2 Cups BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 2 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • Pepper to Taste

Toppings- Assemble

  • Fry bread - homemade or pre-packaged
  • cabbage
  • blue cheese
  • crispy fried onions

Instructions

  • Place all meatball ingredients in a large saucepan.
  • Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes
  • Once the sauce begins boiling reduce heat to a simmer.
  • Let cook on low for 20 min or until sauce has reduced & meatballs are cooked through.
  • Add to your fry bread
  • Top with cabbage, blue cheese & fried onions
  • ENJOY!
