Remove mint leaves from stem & rise & shake off excess water

Place in jar (I used 16 oz jar) & fill with vodka until all the leaves are covered

Screw on lid tightly & mark the date on the jar

(I just place a small piece of masking tape on the lid & write the date)

Leave in the cabinet for 1 month - shake every few days while you wait

Once it's done- strain out the leaves & discard

Transfer extact to an easy pour bottle
