Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 23 ounces cream of mushroom soup 1 large can
  • 23 ounces cream of chicken soup 1 large can
  • 29 ounces diced tomatoes 2 cans - 14.5 ounces each
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese shredded
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach 1 package
  • 1 tbsp minced onions
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in the crockpot & cover.
  • Cook on high 5-6 hours.
  • When you have about 1 hour left - remove the chicken & shred it. Return it to the Crockpot.
  • Cook for the remaining hour.

Notes

**Note: this FILLED my 6 qt. crockpot. If you have a smaller cooker- cut the recipe in half.
