  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1-1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup rum


  • Combine all ingredients in the blender
  • Pulse & then blend on high until it becomes a smooth liquid
  • Carefully pour into pop bags- filling 3/4 full - zip top & place in a freezer safe container
  • Freeze overnight & enjoy the next day.
