Caprese Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce box Garden Rotini pasta - cooked al dente & cooled
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 6 cups baby spinach leaves - rinsed & dried
  • 12 marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1-1/2 cups homemade Garlic & Herb Croutons
  • 16 ounces mozzarella cheese - cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 can pitted olives
  • 1 can black beans - drained & rinsed
  • 1/3 cup Kraft House Italian Lite Dressing

Instructions

  • Cook pasta a according to box directions - drain, rinse under cold water & add to large bowl
  • add in all other ingredients
  • Toss to disburse dressing & mix ingredients
  • Serve immediately
  • If you plan on saving some for leftovers - add croutons after serving individual plates
  • Keep refrigerated
  • Will keep for up to 24-48 hours
