3¾cup2% milk
10.2ouncesinstant puddingbanana - 3 boxes - 3.4oz pkg each
14Twinkies
2bananas
1cupwhipped toppingthawed
½cupslivered almonds
¼cuptoasted coconut
Instructions
Start by combining your pudding mix & milk - whisk well & set aside to firm
Using a 10" spring form pan - line entire bottom of pan with Twinkies.
I started by circling the outer edge & then filling in the center with as many Twinkies as I could fit in there.
Slice bananas on top of Twinkies - spreading evenly
Top with prepared pudding - spread evenly & make sure it's sinking down into all the crevices.
Spread whip cream on top. Whether you go all the way to the sides of the pan is optional. I chose to leave a small portion of the yellow pudding showing.
Sprinkle slivered almonds over whip cream
Add toasted coconut in the center portion. I added additional sprinkle of coconut on each piece when served.
Place in freezer for several hours to firm up. Keep frozen until ready to serve so the pudding doesn't soften the Twinkies too much.
