Garlic Cabbage Slaw {Recipe}
Ingredients
1/2
cup
sour cream
4
cloves
fresh garlic- minced
1-1/2
tbsp
white vinegar
1/2
small green cabbage - shredded
salt & pepper & garlic powder to taste
Instructions
Put your shredded cabbage in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl whisk your sour cream, vinegar & garlic until combined.
Pour over cabbage & toss to coat.
Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Serve as a side dish at your next BBQ.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
