Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 15 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 11 ounces mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • ¼ cup toasted pecans chopped
  • 8 ounces whipped topping it comes frozen- thaw before using

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and the cranberry sauce together until creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Fold in the oranges, marshmallows, and pecans.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until evenly blended.
  • Serve topped with additional whipped topping and pecans, if desired.

Notes

This is not an overly sweet salad recipe. If a sweeter fluff is desired, add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar when beating the cream cheese with the cranberry sauce.
