Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 4 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded - divided
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

  • green onions sliced thinly
  • blue cheese crumbles
  • celery sticks
  • carrot sticks
  • crackers

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, sour cream, ½ cup of the cheddar cheese, and the mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with the remaining cheese, cover and continue cooking for 15-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with green onions, blue cheese crumbles, celery, carrots and crackers, if desired.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
