Ingredients
6cupscauliflower florets
¼cupheavy cream
3tbspbutter
½tspgarlic powder
½tspkosher salt
¼tsppepper
6ozgouda cheeseshredded
6slicescooked baconreserve one piece to crumble and use as garnish
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add the cauliflower, heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a microwave-safe dish and microwave on high to soften the florets, for approximately 18 minutes. Stir halfway through.
Add the cauliflower mixture to a food processor, and add the gouda cheese and bacon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve warm.
Garnish with crumbled bacon and dried parsley (optional)
